This is a project I’ve been working on for some time and now that the pandemic is pretty much under control is scheduled to start up again in about 2 weeks. A 1906 Edwardian located in the Cole Valley area of San Francisco originally consisting of two units. One single flat the upper unit with two floors. After completion it will be two 2-story units with a magnificent garden and the upper unit with a marvelous Master Suite with two very large decks.
An extensive renovation which calls for the removal of the existing upper floor and replaced with a spacious Master Suite with front and rear walk out decks. I acted as Architect and Designer on this project as well. And as the Proposed Plans show will be a fantastic Project when completed.
