This product is a bronze Dore sculpture from the French Empire. It is a neoclassical muse resting on a klismos bench that dates back to the 19th Century. The muse holds a fan in one hand while the other is caressing a putto standing nearby on a Verde Issorie Marble. The marble is on the top of a mahogany and burl wood base with flattened bun feet. The intricate details of the garments, as well as the hair, are clearly visible.
